Because many items sold through KDP3D Store are made to order, custom made, or produced in small batches, returns are handled a little differently than mass-produced retail items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a clear issue, please contact us and we will review the situation as quickly as possible.

We want customers to have confidence when ordering from us. If there is a problem caused by damage, production error, or shipment issue, we will work toward an appropriate solution such as replacement, correction, or other support depending on the situation.

If you have a question before ordering, especially for custom or modified products, we encourage you to reach out first so expectations are clear from the beginning.

Made-to-order items

Normal print variation

Minor cosmetic differences may occur due to the 3D printing process and do not always indicate a defect.

Cancellations

Need to cancel an order?

Before production begins: Contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled if production has not started.

After production begins: Cancellation may no longer be possible for made-to-order or custom items once work is underway.

Custom orders: Because custom work often begins with review, setup, or production planning, these orders may have more limited cancellation options.
